I am Jasmina Đokić, an attorney by profession.

For more than 20 years I have been providing legal consulting services and representing renowned international and domestic clients concerning their investing activities in the Republic of Serbia.

 

In my work, I am governed by requirements of my clients. I am striving to achieve for my clients, in an efficient and goal-focused manner, the most favourable business solutions that will influence the Serbian and international markets. 

 

I am specialized in international commercial, company, labour and tax law.

​

I am also a licensed mediator, entered into the register of mediators with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia in the field of solving commercial lawsuits and those arising out of industrial property rights.

 

I have been collaborating with colleagues who are experts and professionals in various business fields across the Republic of Serbia, as well as with those operating in neighbouring countries.

 

I provide legal services in Serbian and English languages.

 

I am active in my free time in the Rotary community of the District 2483 Serbia & Montenegro, in which, over the last 10 years, I have been on several occasions a member of the District Leadership Teams as a chairperson of the legal committee, for which I received the Paul Harris Fellow recognition for my service to the District community.
